he sighed and looked over him. "you uh.. look, you should maybe get some rest. i can call the boss and told him i told you to." he offered.

He blinked and said, frowning a bit, "But... it's my first day. I probably shouldn't cut out on my first day. I'm just kinda tired cause I took the night shift at the hospital, I'll be alright."

He blinked and frowned a bit, seeming uneasy, but finally he sighed and nodded, saying softly, "Alright, alright. But there's really no need for you to drive me. I can just take the bus.." He didn't have his own car since nursing education cost a shitload.

he rose an eyebrow. "no way. creeps get on the bus at this hour. come on." he grabbed the coffee mug and chugged it, ignoring the burning sensation and picked up the pizza.

He blinked and said, laughing softly, "I've gone on the bus plenty of times, and nothing has happened to me." However, he didn't continue arguing, getting oto his feet and taking a short sip of his own coffee before moving to grab Mike's coffee mug and head to the kitchen to put them in the sink before returning, looking around to try and find where he had put his jacket.

After a few minutes of searching, Muse sighed and gave up, mumbling softly and shaking his head, "Fuck, I must've left it at the hospital..." He then said, looking up at Mike, "Alright, I'm ready to go."
