THE LAST FUCK I EVER GAVE - private - peridot. - 12-14-2017
/ I'm gonna make Hux 15 in this so that he's right on the cusp of older teens and also smol cx
Armitage Hux had never really been on a... recreational trip with his Father. And hell, this was't even really an actual recreational trip. They were going to this vaction/casino planet because the First Order owned the businesses now, and Brendol had some sort of meeting to attend to, and it wasn't like he could just leave Hux behind, as much as he would like to. So, instead, he had gone to the meeting and left the younger Hux sitting in their hotel room, his legs swinging off the edge of the bed and a sigh leaving the small male's throat. And he was small. His red hair was short and messy, and he had freckles all over his face, and he was barely cresting the five foot mark. He was starting to get more and more bored as the minutes went by, and while he wanted to follow his Father's orders to stay and not do anything stupid - especially since he could still feel the bruises on his waist from when he had tried to protest before - but he couldn't help himself. He slipped off of the bed and slowly opened the hotel room door, slipping out and heading towards the casino's main floor. It was only a few minutes before things went horribly wrong though. There were so many people bustling around, and they were going in such a random order that the tiny cadet couldn't stand it. Letting out a panicked noise, the boy pressed himself against one of the slot machines, looking around as he started to feel dizzy. He tugged on the collar of his black uniform, thinking it would somehow help with the tightness in his chest. He was completely unaware of the black haired boy just around his age that was nearby with his Father.

kylo was still figuring out how to block our being able to feel all of the other emotions of the people around him, but sometimes it did come in handy. he could feel the panic forming, overwhelming all of the other emotions around him, and he had to look around, frowning. "dad, hey! dad! wait a second!" he said and looked around, trying to find the source and moving in the general direction of the panic before actually finding the source. a smaller redhead. he frowned softly. "hey, are.. are you ok?" he asked gently, looking around and trying to block out as much sound for the male without blocking out himself.

Hux watched as the older man that was with Kylo paused, and he was confronted by the unusual dark-haired boy. Suddenly everything seemed a lot more.. quiet. He stared at Kylo with wide crystal-blue eyes, and he hesitated before saying softly, biting his lip, "No... There's.. there's people everywhere. Rushing around. No order to them..." Father would probably scold him severely for admitting such weakness to a stranger, but Kylo didn't seem mean.

Han seemed to frown a bit, especially looking at the uniform the young boy was wearing, but he saw the look of genuine fear in Hux's eyes, and he sighed and nodded, "Uhm... yeah. For a little while, at least. Until his Dad or Mom comes to pick him up." Hux then said softly, seeming timid, "The Falcon...?"

he nodded and smiled softly. "it's our ship. it's safe and quiet and it'll just be us and chewie if he's still in there and not gorging himself at a good stand." he said and held out a hand. "come on."

He blinked and slowly took the other male's hand, saying softly as he stepped close to the other, "My.. My ears feel like they're full of cotton. I can't hear stuff.."

he nodded. "i know. that's my doing. i thought it might help you calm down a little." he pulled the male a little closer and smiled as he led him along. moving the force to get people to move out of the way.

Hux made a soft noise as he was pulled closer to the other, but didn't pull away. He watched as people around them seemed to move away as if forced, and he mumbled softly as he unconsciously leaned onto Kylo, "Thank you for helping me..." He didn't even notice the way Han was looking at the two of them with an eyebrow raised, following after.
