TNW & WARRIORS HP TRYOUTS - ashen - 07-02-2017

Now that the transfer is over, staff have been looking at the clans, many of whom led by winners of the last tryouts, and quite a few are very inactive. Of course, we are not counting inactivity during the site's downtime, so everything open for tryouts are clans and groups that had inactive leaders prior to the downtime.
tryouts are for the clans who have had one week or more of inactivity prior to the transfer. leaders are allowed to re-tryout, but their hp privileges are currently on hold until the tryouts are over and the hps have been selected. they are allowed to post with their characters, not doing hp-related things, this can be a good way to show you can be active during the week of tryouts.
And now, bc Eskie said it best--here's the tryout thread. basically the same as last time! BUT: please read the requirements as they have changed a bit.
Hey BB members!
Recently, a number of our group leaders have fallen inactive and left numerous groups struggling with their own overall activity. All inactive leaders' roleplayers have been notified their characters will be removed from their positions. Unfortunately, not many HPs were left to step up, thus, the staff team has decided to host a leaders tryout!
for the groups being tried out for, we are ALSO letting people try out for a deputy position! Please keep that in mind. For other groups that are active, we are not holding deputy try outs but instead are asking the leaders to select a deputy within the next few weeks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Activity: staff is working on a specific plan for activity rules, but what we KNOW is that a leader will get a warning after not posting in a clan ICLY for one week. a week after that they are demoted. The week counter will start the day you are promoted. Please see here for more specifics.
- Responsibility: meetings are a must, BIWEEKLY-- as are the responsibilities that come with becoming a moderator of that board, and overall maintaining the group and keeping it going!
The requirements are self-explanatory- just make sure you have time to roleplay actively and do your best! We'd just like some good representatives of our roleplayers out there!
GROUPS
The groups that need leaders are as followed: St. Peters, Bloodclan, and Windclan.
Just as a note, this is because they have been inactive for two weeks for any time prior to transfer plus time now the transfer is over, and they have no deputies or the deputies are also as inactive.

[b]Activity/Muse: since the site had gone down, my muse had built up much more than it used to be! ive made my post length much smaller than my usal muse-killing beasts of posts, which has helped prevent any burnouts that ive run into in the past. as for activity, i guarantee that i am on the site every single day. now, lately ive been pushing towards being able to post at least every other day, as a way to boost muse and keep up with any of those who prefer a faster-paced roleplay thread.
Why you'd be a good fit!: well, arlo has been the leader up until this point, and to put it bluntly, i don't want to have him demoted so easily. as I've said in the previous tryouts, i have the experience and creativity that is required in such positions. i understand and accept that i have made a mistake in letting my inactivity get in the way, and am working to make it significantly better. in the past month, ive had time to get business sorted in life, and im certain that i have the time and energy to bring st. peter's back on the map, so to speak. i love to try and create good relationships among those new and old, in and outside the group as well. of course, my main goal, above all, is to see the main game thrive and help bearbones grow.
Plots for the group you'd like to lead: i have quite a few, actually! there are a few that I'd rather keep under wraps until decisions have been made, of course.

Brief Character Description: kavinsky is a black and white border collie with basic conjuration powers. It usually happens spontaneously after he wakes up from sleep, and isnt good at controlling it at the time of writing this. He had a dark past with a less than kind father and a neglectful mother. He found himself in bloodclan after wandering, and climbed the ranks and made friends. Other info is in the sig on this account.
Activity/Muse: id be active a couple days a week unless something comes up. At the moment im on a road trip (i get home on the 10th) so ill be a little spotty till i get home.
Why you'd be a good fit!: before the site going down i was an active deputy of bloodclan with kav, and i got demoted for inactivity (which was a very unanticipated grounding that i couldnt alert anyone of)
Plots for the group you'd like to lead: i can lead any plots id need to, tho i can definately lead domestic things like sparring, general training, parties, etc and i can lead raids, battles and other violent group efforts.

Brief Character Description: well katja is my baby. she's manipulative, strong, and determined. she has an... interesting past and is the older sister of johannes. she would make an excellent leader as she has the best interests of the group in mind. shes ambitious and definitely power hungry, but still has moral goals for the group. her personal morals are less than that and she is determined to do whatever she can to survive. she's bitter and salty but still has some heart. she also sees no issue with using others and dropping them when she's done and has a lot of trust issues.
Activity/Muse: i'm on almost all the time tbh. my muse is hella high. for ratings about 9.5/10 for activity and 10/10 for muse
Why you'd be a good fit!: i have leader experience, in dedicated and dont just leave a group suddenly. i know my limits and wills step down if i cant take it. i'm not going to disappear on the group and i have many many plot ideas.
Plots for the group you'd like to lead: i have some that i can't reveal yet, but she's going to immediately start fixing up the group as she see she it as a ragtag group that doesn't live up to its goals. she will enforce the rules more and probably change some of them. she would definitely use the group's position as a trading power to gain control of other groups and drive hard bargains trying to guarantee peace to her group.

Brief Character Description: currently the medic, but definitely has a leadership side. he's murderous and quite hostile, and hates when people brings up family, as he was a product of incest and torture.

Why you'd be a good fit!: i'm one of the only 'active' members of the clan, plus i think it's be quite interesting to have a leader who's incredibly murderous and hostile to those he doesn't know!
Plots for the group you'd like to lead: perhaps sonething to redo the territory? a seven deadly sins plot? prophecy of some sort?
