i think she started going by that a year or so ago, when she realized her name was actually getting around when it came to medicine, so she decided to start going by something less recognizable

hmm, something like that. i know over the last month or so before she went to visit st. peters, she was casually staying in an abandoned hospital to try and find everything she could that was useful there. she's been there the last month or so?

whitlock could have been going to st. peters, and maybe gotten hurt somehow so she went looking for some medical supplies, or just decided to walk through the hospital because it's shelter from weather.
but if she did she would have definitely run into angela

angela probably would have given her more information on st. peters, and what it's like there. she wouldn't have gone with her to st. peters because it would be a bit too soon in between trips there, but she would have definitely pointed her in the right direction.

ah, that works!!  whitlock could've had a bad fall or smthn and got a deep cut and they bonded while she waited for it to heal enough for her to continue the journey

that sounds good! angela definitely chats with her patients a lot, and most of the time she really tries to get to know them so it would make sense

and it probably would have been 1-2 weeks after whitlock left that angela herself would have ended up wandering into st. peters. if you want them to run into each other i have an open thread here
