screen name moony
activity level 7-8/10. i'm currently on winter break and have just jumped back into rp, but i should be relatively available most of the time! i'm doing at home semesters as well, so if something needs to be looked at, i can easily pop on and remain caught up.
experience? while i was originally around in bearbone's very beginning stages, i'd dropped off as soon as it got off the ground, so my experience on this site in particular is lacking. that being said, i've had most of my experience on the site feralfront (formerly wcrpg). i was a a community assistant for a while before i went on hiatus, and returning to the site this past august, i was invited back to the team as global moderator (the only other position available aside from admins as they'd stripped the rank system from before). i have handled many different situations during my time as a staff member on feralfront, and in a slightly different vein, i also am an admin on a discord server of about 20k people and have moderated and handled issues there as well.
time spent on rp sites on bearbones, i haven't truly been active since i joined since writing humans is something i just hadn't gotten used to, though i'm hoping to change that as i jump into TNW for the first time in forever. i've spent my years since 2013 on feralfront/wcrpg, only leaving the site as it shut down just about a month or so ago. i did take a few years hiatus in between when i dropped out of writing in my free time, but i find that my creativity needs a place to go these days and bearbones is a site that is similar to feralfront and honestly a community i've been meaning to actually write in instead of just lurking in the shadows and watching.
why do you think you'd be a good fit? given my experience, i am confident that i can offer proper assistance in keeping this community safe and running smoothly. i have learned a lot from my time moderating on feralfront and would love to continue to help out the writing communities i find myself a part of. with the similarities between bearbones and feralfront, i am sure i would integrate smoothly into the staff team should i be invited to join.
other thank you for taking the time to read my application, i hope you have a great day!
