"M-Mind my ign-ignorance but could I get a name, I-I'm prett-ty sure it's be-because we aren't religious, O-or at least, be-because it s-sounds like we're some k-kind of shelter f-for the sad and do-down on their luck. We're n-not, s-so..."  She really didn't care for this figure she definitely didn' want to deal with him again, she might take it upon herself to tell Wolfbite she never wanted to see this stuttering mess of a person.  She needed a smoke due to a headache she was developing by this oversized baby.  By the tone of Advay she noticed that he thought of her as a child which was one of her top pet peeves she could knock this guy on his ass and he wouldn't know what came at him, unfortunately.  But she knew she couldn't do that she had to be a responsible leader, damn it, she wished sometimes she didn't have that responsibility.

[b]"My name is Tatiana Dogworth the leader of the Badlands.  Now that you have that fact to remember, back to the important factor you are here.  After all, I don't think you want to be here by your body language."  She spoke as she listened to what he had to say about her requests and what he or the group wanted back in return.  There it was the upfront Tatiana, business was a business but she didn't have time to talk to someone who didn't want to be there in the first place.  And people wonder why she's lived in the Badlands all her life and didn't leave, the reason why is because she literally hated the other two groups and would never join those.

Her green hued optics glimpsed too the dogs for about a millisecond which reminded her of, why does this dude have three dogs.  She remembered that fun fact St Peters or the Northstar District was the trading hub they had a massive storage so no wonder the dude could have three dogs and feed them. Three dogs could feed several people in the badland so.  "P-Planks can be tra-traded for a-and delivered in a couple da-days, or i-if you don't trust me the-then I can get what you need and come back for t-trade, didn't br-bring bullets. There are far too many types to carry a-and pick-king one is a gamble. A-again, I can take orders, I-I got s-sewing and s-s-surgical, no medical ne-needles."

This was so ridiculous tedious, to be honest, she might just go crazy trying to discuss this but civil was becoming her middle name.  "I'd rather send over a few of my members to pick it up, but if you have an idea what your group would trade it for we can arrange that for when we come and get the planks.  Sewing needles seem like you may think we are a group of people shoot up drugs all day, I do take offense to that."  She spoke with a smirk but she meant it with all her heart about the offense.

"Gauze, salt, disinfectant, soap, sandpaper, or any adhesives like super glue or duct tape.  I w-won't take anything less tha-than gauze disinfectant or adhesives for the painki-killers."  He spoke for what he wanted for the trade of the things she requested after all.  "We do have an extra supply for adhesives and sandpaper, but we can't give up any gauze or disinfectants due to injuries.  But if you are interested in the adhesives for the painkillers we do have several and I do mean several extra rolls of duct tape about a range of ten rolls."

[align=center][size=8pt]Despite the stutter, he did speak at a generally regular pace. It wasn't much of a 'I can't get the word out' but more of a 'is this what I should be saying' sort of stutter. "I-I don't care if I-I'm here o-or not," he huffed, "Wolf asked me-me to so I-I am, so," he cut off there, wanting to say 'stop being a bitch about it and don't assume how I feel' but he knew better than that. As for her look at his dogs, that in itself made him tense, no matter how small the time spent looking at them was. They were trained hunting dogs, they fed themselves when necessary. He made a point to think to himself that they were trained in protecting themselves and him as well. Tatiana was already on his nerves. She was talking down to him, like Katja did. And boy did he fucking hate Katja. Kat had threatened to shoot his dogs more than once, and he was glad she suddenly baled on the district or he'd be ready to slit he throat while she slept if she threatened his dogs one more time.

Nobody. Nobody threatened his dogs. This fucking leader. His shoulders tensed and those green eyes of his narrowed. She was talking to him like he was so far below him she could  be scraping gum of of her shoes with his teeth. "I-I'm the Master of Stocks I-I'm basically in charge of th-this shit so stop suggesting I m-might not know," he snapped, "And s-stop talking down at me, I'm n-no better or w-worse than you are, kid." His lip curled; he hated leaders that were bitchy like this. What was with all of the female leaders needing to act all big and strong like this? Wolfbite didn't do that. Moksha didn't do that. Was it some sort of stupid mindset they were in? All defensive after the power went out, thinking they had to be in charge or something with that old feminist shit that went on? He barely remembered it, but he was just becoming an adult when the lights went out. Thirty eight years old, now, wasn't he? He sighed heavily, hushing his growing Husky.

Angry, and sure of his words, or rather not carying, the usually anxious talker spat out the next phrase without a problem, and without much respect. "I don't assume shit, I meant for painkillers or other medicine, but I guess your mind is more on drugs than it is on actually helping people, so I'll move on. One roll of duct tape for every three planks, or three sheets of sandpaper for every two planks. Two rolls for a full bottle of minor pain killers, or three rolls for a half a bottle of harder painkillers. You can bring what you need to Northstar, I'm done with you," he sneered, clearly sick of being talked to in such a way while here. Advay wasn't some sniffling baby, he was a grown ass man with a pride.

He stood up, took his bag, and whistled for his dogs, and with an adjustment of the bag on his arm, the pack walked off.

// outie.

[align=center][size=8pt]Advay looked up at Tatiana, who, despite her disagreeable age, was obviously the one who held authority here. At least she knew his purpose here, that was pleasant. He wouldn't have to sit around any longer than he had to; if he had to come here a third time he would be sure to ask straight for her. "M-Mind my ign-ignorance but could I get a name," he requested, though he didn't wait for her to give it, as he could only assume she was able to keep up with more than one thing, since she'd gone about answering all of his questions with ease. "I-I'm prett-ty sure it's be-because we aren't religious," he explained. "O-or at least, be-because it s-sounds like we're some k-kind of shelter f-for the sad and do-down on their luck. We're n-not, s-so..." If you joined Northstar you had to pull your weight. Especially since they were low on helping hands. Maybe a lot of people had been there and left after taking food and running.

Perhaps that was the reason for the suggested guard schedule as well, and the extra reinforcing of the borders. "P-Planks can be tra-traded for a-and delivered in a couple da-days, or i-if you don't trust me the-then I can get what you need and come back for t-trade," he replied, knowing he could easily hook a palate up to Atlantis and Aruba and let them drag over a dozen planks on it should they need to. "Didn't br-bring bullets. There are far too many types to carry a-and pick-king one is a gamble. A-again, I can take orders," he huffed. Of course, there was a question one what Tatiana thought needle were, depending on what he brought. Clean medical needles were a blessing to find, he'd not brought any of those, but instead sewing needles and surgical needles for stitching. "I-I got s-sewing and s-s-surgical, no medical ne-needles," he explained, before beginning to sort through his bag.

In front of him he pulled out around ten cans of food, a small container of pins and needles, and a second container with around four surgical needles in it. He kept the Painkillers in hand, nearly half a bottle of minor pain killers, and another box of a few harder pills. "Gauze, salt, disinfectant, soap, sandpaper, or any adhesives like super glue or duct tape." He listed off the things they needed with surprising ease, so much so that there was no room for a stutter; he was after all the one in charge of almost all trade and storage understanding. It was up to him, and only him really, to know these things. "I w-won't take anything less tha-than gauze, disinfectant, or adhesives for the painki-killers."
