[spoiler=Plot] What if the people in the world were placed in a certain spot due to a test. This test determines whether the student gets put. This test is call in America 20-893 or the Replacement. This is token in the first year of school, the student then is put into special classes depending on where in the world they get put. If put in America, they take a second test to determine where they get put in America.
When they turn eighteen, the student has a “Leaving†or “Coming of the Age†event and send off. The event is to let the rest of the people in that country or state know who is going where, and the sendoff is the friends and family of that student saying goodbye.
Once reaching where there going, they take another test to determine what they finish their education for, like jobs.[/spoiler]

Sabine: "You didn't exactly give them a chance to buy it."
Zeb: "Heh. There's just something about the feeling of their helmets on my fists."
