"anluan? oh, he's lovely. such a nice guy, from what i've seen of him. i'd like to think we're sort of friends? he was kind to me, when i was having a panic attack, and he gave me this tattoo once. i think there's... something going on with him and amanda, and they're both such lovely people, i wish them all the best together. frankly, i think he could afford more happiness in his days."

"i think he's a pretty good kid. i know there's a rule about kids leaving camp on their own, but it doesn't seem like one he'll ever follow. he's stubborn, got some fire in his belly, it reminds me of beth. so long as he can fend for himself, though, i don't see much point in riding him on it. he doesn't seem entirely opposed to listening to other people, so long as it's something he wants to hear."

"she's a delight - and i'm not just saying that because she promoted me or anything. i... i trust her, i guess. she's probably the first person of authority i've ever met who's a half decent person. everyone has their faults, but i can see that she's strong, and she's never been anything but kind to me. besides, she speaks french, and it's nice to have someone around who i can actually speak to."

"he's an odd one, no one can deny that. he acts sort of funny, talks sort of funny, thinks sort of funny, but it's not bad, just different. he reminds me a lot of some of the kids from haven, the ones born there - they'd act feral, like he does. but he acts more like a... a dog, i guess, not just a wild human. i think what he did with the beetle at the meeting, it was kind of cute - he can bring me a bug any day."

"i really like her, if i'm being honest. she's very kind - a little... well, socially awkward, but there's no shame in that. she seems like a really good person, and i appreciate that. she's never been anything but sweet to me, and she's never made me feel stupid for not speaking proper english. i know she and marine are together, and i wish the best for the both of them - they're great woman, and they deserve to be happy together."
