plot with dido

A short summary, Dido is the peacekeeper of New Carthage.  She is optimistic, friendly, and somewhat motherly.  To those she is closer to, she'll demonstrate her wit and playful competitiveness.

for possible plotting I'm open to:

• friends; Dido needs people she can be around that she can share a more goofy and witty side of herself
  
• friendly rivals; She loves a fun, competitive nature, not to mention banter
  
• slow burn romance; I'm such a sucker for that kind of thing, where friendships evolve into love.  being pan, all genders can apply
  
• will add more when I think of stuff; suggestions welcome

not down for:

• enemies; she is friendly and tries to have a good relationship with most people, even if they don't get along
