he unhooked the horses, letting them go and jumping off the horse. legolas got off of his horse, revealing that he was definitely wearing a very middle earth elven inspirier gown. he had to look nice for the meeting he had, so he had done a little bit of stealing and got enough for this. "they agreed to a meeting in which they revise the treaty they want you and one representative to a meeting in some place in a region called cyrodil. they said you would not be punished."
