he blinked. "what?" he said and blinked. "seriously? are you serious?"

"Yeah, it is. It's not really... legal to drink when you're our age here. I mean, I think technically it's only buying alcohol that's illegal, but drinking it is frowned upon." He said, shrugging.

he blinked. "oh well." he said and looked to a maid, telling her to go get some wine and such.

He blinked and said, watching the maid go, "I've only had wine once before, really. And it was only a sip as a special priviledge on the new year."

he hummed. "i drink more than just wine quite regularly.."

[peridot.]

"Well, I never really wanted to take the risk getting myself alcohol, so.." He shrugged, smiling a bit.

he blinked. "do you want to drink or not?"

[peridot.]

"Yeah, yeah, I'm just saying I've never really had it before." He said, smiling.

he nodded and blinked. "you're 16, right?"

[peridot.]

"Yeah, I am, but... uhm, as nice as wine sounds, you are aware the drinking age is different here, don't you?" He said, tilting his head.
