he sighed and moved back to his desk, taking this time to just relax.

It was around two weeks later. They had received a mission. Gabriel and Jack were on the mission as well this time. Things seemed to be going smoothly. It even looked like the enemie were retreating. Jesse smirked.

“Hell Yeah. We got em on the run.” He said. Gabriel had stopped fighting when he saw the enemies retreating. He frowned. Something didn’t seem right. They’ve never retreated before. Jesse managed to catch a glimpse of Gabriel. He frowned at the looked of the other man. Jease’s eyes widened when he spotted in coming missiles being fired at them. He was about to tell everyone to take cover before the missiles hit the grounds, causing a rather large explosion. The group got tossed about from the explosion.

When the dust had cleared slightly, Gabriel had let out a slight groan. He opened his eyes and looked around. “...Guys?” Gabriel called oit, staggering to his feet. He rested a hand on his stomach, stumbling forward as he searched for the others.

jack had managed to find cover in time, but shards of glass had still managed to cut at his face. he cursed loudly, glancing around as his ears rang. "mawp.. mawp.." he repeated until the ringing went awa, a hand over the cut across his face. he hissed. "Gabe? jesse?" he called.

Gabriel had managed to find Jack. He moved over to him, quickly looking him over. “Jack? Are you okay?” He asked, setting a hand on his shoukder

he nodded, spitting out some blood that had ran into his mouth. "i'm fine.. where's jesse?" he asked.

Gabe bkinked, watching him. He looked him over before glancing away. “I don’t know.” He said. “And the others? There were more with us." He said. He then moved away and started searching around.

Jesse had been buried under some rubble. He had managed to protect one of the newest recruits from most of the blast, but they were still buried under the rubble with Jesse. Jesse’s left arm had gotten stuck under a rather large piece of debris. Jesse was taking deep breaths to try and keep himself calm, but it was clear he was close to panicking.

He glanced over at the newer recruit that was stuck under the rubble as well. What was his name? Hanzo? Something like that. “...Are you okay?” Jesse asked, his voice a bit shaky.

hanzo had just missed most of the debris and was trying desperately to push it off of them, managing to get some off. "i'm fine. your arm.. shit.." he hissed and look ines around. his foot was stuck between two pieces of metal.
