i'm thinking a german shepherd / border collie mutt that he finds in a recent litter?? and the mom is really wary but the puppies were just born so they're not decidedly feral
and benjamin would take all of them in and get some help finding the calmest/most eager to please puppy out of the batch
and he'd train that to be a guide dog w the help of a book or something that he finds
god idfk how he would neuter it tho bc? guide dogs really have to be neutered to work appropriately in the Time Where They're Interested In The Bitchesâ„¢ so maybe he could find someone who's skilled in the medical field who could sorta use that skill to somehow neuter his dog lmao
it would take a long fucking time but benjamin would be so devoted to this dog

Jairo isn’t neutered, although he’s at seven months so Peter should probably get around to doing that
