he hummed. "perhaps both. just as you seem to do, as you deal with alcoholism and protecting your best friend and little brother. you feel the world rests in your shoulders, yes?"

Dean frowned. "How did you..." He trailed off and sighed. "Yeah. sam, Jack, Castiel...They're the only family I have left. There's nothing I wouldn't do to protect them." Hes aid.

he blinked. "in a psychiatrist. it's my job to take someone's brain apart." he said and his mind instantly went 'maybe brain would be good for dinner tonight.'

Dean glanced at him over and scoffed. "Never was one for psychiatrists. The way they try to get inside your head." He said. sam shrugged.

"May do you good, Dean. You don't even know your own thoughts half the time." He said.

"Jack? Don't go poking around or tampering with any evidence." Sam said. Jack looked over and nodded
