forgive me if i end up making another character bc i have so many conflicting characters i want to try out but also have severe troubles in keeping up. i have two ideas i want to try:

person who works whatever is left of dismantled government to try and work to get electricity back. intelligent, although has a way or projecting 'self without stuttering. yes, they have a stuttering problem. has social anxiety but is quite often lonely but has trouble with connecting people on certain level. they end up leaving government because a) tired of being coped up in a building, probably adventurous b) suspected place still has electicity

then next idea is that the person is a native that is also in the forest and curiosity is what draws them away from their tribe and into ND and yeah it'll be interesting because they're forced to learn english.
