Getting stabbed hurts worse! Trauma from a bullet is localized unless it's hollow point. A knife is like a really really low caliber bullet so that. Pretty much tears/rips through tissue.

umm it depends. if you're stabbed somewhere the risk of infection is slightly higher, because more contaminents come in touch with a knife, plus a knife gives more room for anticipation, which means that the thought of the injury gives more pain than it actually should. being stabbed unaware and shot unaware gives a similar amount of pain, it just depends on teh depth of the wound, and how far someone is shooting from.
