tuff had been spending a lot of time away from his sister and in hiccups room- simply because it was warm. when away from ruff, he would show his true colours- he was kind, polite, smart, but still the raging masochist he'd always been, still slightly british too. he had been in hiccups room for the past hour now, patting toothless with one hand and holding a book in the other. toothless had yet to mention how different he seemed when in his own.

Hiccup was rather confused by the fact that Tuff acted so radically different when he was in his room, and it led to him being rather quiet when the other was in his room, cause he felt sort of awkward and nervous around the other for.... no real reasonable reason, as far as he knew. Hiccup was sort of staring at the other as he read and pat Toothless, but eventually blushed and looked down at the book he was reading, not wanting the other to catch him staring.

tuff glanced at him when he saw the other move out of the corner of his eyes and blinked. "why are you so red, hicca?" he asked, pausing with his hand on toothless' ahead.

Hiccup blinked and said quietly, glancing over at the other and frowning a bit, "Uhm,
it's nothing. Just something in the story I'm reading.."

[dannychan]

he smiled slightly. "what'd you read~?"

[peridot.]

"It's just.. secondhand embarassment. The main character just said something stupid to their crush." He said, closing the book and putting it to the side.

[dannychan]

he chuckled. "what are you reading~?"

[peridot.]

"It's this story about a child who grew up in a jungle full of animals and then met vikings and tries to integrate himself into their society." He said, frowning.

maybe it's just hiccup and tuff on the island and they're just bonding??

/ye but uh my head really hurts I still can't start stuff
