Jack was silent. "...I don't know." He whispered. He sighed. "...Just be careful on your way home, Gabe." Jack said. "We'll see you soon." Jack said. He then hung up.

he nodded. "ok" he said. after a few minutes he got to the house and walked inside. he frowned. "jesse?"

Jack and Jesse were in the living room. Jesse was on the couch, his eyes cast down on the floor. Jack was sitting beside him, rubbing his back slowly. Jesse was shaking.

he frowned and moved over, sitting next to jesse and opening his arms to offer a hug.

Jesse glanced over at Gabe. He then leaned into Gabriel. He then rose a hand to cover his mouth, stifling a sob that escaped him. He closed his eyes, resting his head on Gabe's shoulder. Jack watched them silently. He did feel bad for the kid. He already had lived a rough life, so to lose your best friend...It was hard. He couldn't even imagine how Jesse was feeling right now.

he held jesse gently. "it's ok to cry." he said softly, rubbing jesse's back.

Jesse sniffed, keeping close to Gabe. Jack blinked, resting a hand on Jesse's back. "...It's going to be okay, Jesse. It may not seem like it now. But it's going to be alright. We're going to help you heal from this." Jack murmured. jesse merely gave a faint nod to acknowledge jack, not really trusting himself to speak at the moment.

he frowned and held onto jesse, letting him lean on him and trying his best to comfort him.

After a while, Jesse seemed to settle down. Truthfully, he was just worn out, andhis break down hadn’t helped. He was just leaning on Gabe. It appeared that he had fallen Asleep. Jack sighed, looking him over.
