He blinked, raising an eyebrow. "You've got nothing to worry about." Daryl said. He then reached back, slinging his crossbow over his shoulder before moving out.

Daryl was silent for a while as they walked. He had noticed how nervous Murphy seemed. "Why are you scared? If you hesitate like this, the walkers won't take pity on you. If you can't learn to defend yourself, you're dead." he said.

he hesitated. "uh.. o-on second thought, i think i'll stay here!" he said and moved back to the container he had been moving.

He blinked, watching him leave. "Is this because you've aready been supposedly bitten seven times and you're a runaway test suject?" Daryl asked, turning to face him. "If you hold the damn cure for all this, then you need to get your shit together and go make that cure. You may not be able to turn, but those who are left are at risk. So what then? You don't do shit, the rest of the survivors are turned into walkers, you're left alone. Can you stand living alone surrounded in a world of walkers with no one to protect you?" Daryl asked.

he stared at him. "i never chose to do that, i could give less of a shit about the rest of humanity!" he snapped and stared at daryl. "you want to be cured? come here and let me bite you like one of those damned monsters out there, and maybe that will work!"

Daryl narrowed his eyes. "I don't give a damn about myself. Maybe you can't be bothered to worry about the rest of humanity but I do. Because I've seen those closest to me lose their family and that's the worst feeling ever. And it's happening to everyone around the world. If you hold the damn cure you can prevent any more tragedy falling to other families because of the walkers." He said

he hissed. "yeah, well, people die. fucking get used to it." he hissed and looked to the gate. "you want me to go out there? i'll go out there, but i'm not going back to warren. sure as hell not going to come back here and i'm sure as hell not going to fucking california!" he snapped. "i'll find a boat and sail to the mother fucking north pole if it means getting me out of this little fucking science experiment!"

He blinked. "Fine. You want to leave?" he asked. He moved over to Murphy, handing him a gun. "Go ahead then. We won't stop you. Take the gun for protection and look after yourself then." He said. "...If you want to try looking for a boat try south. There should be an ocean that way. Maybe someone left a boat on the shore. But I'm not coming with. And we're not offering you anymore protection than this." Daryl said.
