It had been about two days later when they stumbled upon an abandoned town. It was fairly big, but they hadn’t spotted any living there so the group decided to rest up for a bit in the town. They had found a small apartment building.

Adian was in the living room area, sitting on a couch. Ten had gone out on his own to search for some supplies for them. The lioness was in the room as well, laying down next to Adian’s, feet. Ten had ended up naming her Sarabi. So far she had shown no signs of aggression to anyone. Her leg seemed to be healing as well so she wasn’t limping as badly that day.

damien had been recovering too. for the past few days, him and murphy had been the priority. damien was currently in a room on a lower floor, curled up on one of the beds, fast asleep. the others had yet to ask him anything, and had just let him rest.
murphy, however, was in the main lobby area as well, making note of things and frowning. “you know.. it’s weird.. i haven’t seen a single Z in this entire town..”

Adian frowned. “...Yeah. It is weird.” He murmjred. “You’d think more would be around here since it’s sucha. Big city.” He said. Maybe some group ending up capturing all of the zombies on the area and locked them up or something.

he shook his head. “you know.. maybe we could just.. make a town. forget about california. the human race is doomed anyways.”
