Maria frowned. She sighed, rubbing his back slowly. “...We will get him back, Jack. Have some faith in him. He’s trained for these hostage situations. He can managed until we make it back for him.” She said

he frowned. “maria, i shot him. he’s probably bleeding out..”

She was silent before sighing. She merely shushed him.

(Gabe isn’t really al that hurt aside from where Jack shot him.)

After about two weelks, they still hadn’t gone back for Gabe. But, Jack’s wounds had been healing. Emre had stepped up as a temporary commander until they got Gabriel back. Most of the group hadn’t done much since they lost Gabe.

Gabriel of course managed to escape them. It took a while, but he managed to escape on his own. He had taken one of their airplanes, driving it back to the base.
Once there, he lands the smal airplane before getting out.

Gabe then looked around for his comrades, starting to wander the base.

Jack was still stuck in the infirmary, having been strapped down, since.. he kept trying to steal a plane and go back for gabe, and in the process, he would end up ripping his stitches and just bleeding all over his bandages. the restraints were loose enough that he could get up and go to the restroom and such, but he was definitely bound to the bed. currently, he was just sat there, staring at the ceiling with the a look that just screamed 'guilty puppy who got a beating'.

After a while, Gabe made his way to the infirmary. Gabriel stopped when he spotted Jack. His heart dropped a bit at his expression. Jack just looked miserable. Gabriel slowly moved over to the younger male.

when he heard footsteps. he groaned. "i don't want your god damn pain killers, a-" he looked over, and his eyes widened. "commander!" he sat up and let out a pained wheeze. after a moment, he hesitated. "im so sorry, i never meant or that to happen, i thought that they'd buy the bluff.."

Gabe stopped when Jack spoke. His eyes widened slightly when he heard the pained wheeze leave Jack. He quickly moved over, gently laying him back down on the bed. “Don’t sit up quickly Jack. You’ll just injure yourself more.” He murmured, keeping a hand resting on his shoulder.

he jerked the male down, hugging him with one arm. “i tried to get them to go back, sir.. no one would listen to me..”
