It had been about a week later when the group started off again. They ended up finding a truck that everyone had piled into. Except for Orisa. But she had been keeping along just fine alongside the car on foot.

Reinhardt was in the back of the truck with Jesse and Gabe. Lena was inside with Jack. Jesse was currently leaning on Gabe, his head resting on his shoulder. He was trembling, but he felt really hot like he was running a fever.

Gabe had been fairly worried, trying to take down his fever with some meds they had stockpiled from the bunker. ten was sat in the back as well, shooting zombies as they came across them.

Jesse kept close to Gabe, soon opening his eyes and looked down. He just listened to sound of the truck as it drove. He soon glanced up at Ten. “...What numbers are you on?” Jesse asked

Jesse blinked. “That’s quite a bit.” He said. He then nuzzled closer to Gabe. Reinhardt looked over at Jesse, frowning.

“...Mccree? You feeling alright? You look much worse today then you did yesterday.” Reinhardt said. Well, that wasn’t a lie. Mccree’s skin was pale and his pupils were dilated. And the chills hadn’t gone away yet nor has the fever.

“It’ll pass...Just save the medication for others who will need it more.” Jesse whispered
