He frowned. “But it’s falling from the sky. That doesn’t seem like it’s safe to eat.” He said. He was silent for a momemt. “Do the angels send the snow down from heaven?” Jack asked as he settled down beside Anubis.

he smiled softly. “rain is safe to drink, isn’t it?” he asked. “and no. that’s all
mother nature- who’s technically my god mother.” he explained.

He watched him for a moment. Mother Nature? There’s a lot of things he needed to learn about. He was going to question him some more but he noticed the other still seemed exhausted. So he fell silent and nodded.

he hummed. “mom.. crete.” he said softly, tugging him down.

He blinked, laying down beside him. He wrapped an arm around Anubis gently

he kissed his cheek gently and hummed. “i promise we can go out after breakfast, ok?”

Jack gave a nod. “Okay. Rest up Anubis.” He murmured. He then rested his chin on the top of Anubis’s head

he nuzzled him happily, humming sleepily.

Jack kept him close, rubbing his arm gently. He let his eyes wander back over to the window. He watched as the sky fell the sky

after a while, he finally sat up and groaned, stretching slowly. "alright, lets go get breakfast, and then we can go outside~" he said softly, leaning to kiss his head gently. "snow means no school, so thats an extra study day for me~.. oh, and a day off for dad." he said thoughtfully.
