Jack glanced back at Anubis before glancing at Lucifer. Lucifer sighed. "Okay, I uh...I know you may have some negative thoughts about me. But I want to clear the air now and get everything out in the open. You have any questions you wanna ask me, shoot." Lucifer said.

"Why does everyone hate you?" Jack said suddenly staring at him.

"Ah yes, right to the point I see." Lucifer said. "Well uh...You've probably heard the stories, right? Any evil that happens, anything bad that befalls the world, it's my fault." Lucifer said. He sighed. "Yes I have done some bad things I am not entirely proud of. I have lead the occasional soul to ruin, that's true. BUt Jack that's because humans are so messed up. They are so willing to be lead." Lucifer said.

"My mother was a human." Jack muttered, watching him.

"Yes, yes. Awesome lady. But the point is, humans are not perfect. They are hardwired to follow. But Jack I am not all bad. Since practically...Forever, I have been locked in a cage. For many many decades. So how could i have done so much bad if I have been locked away, hmm?" Lucifer asked. Jack stared at him, frowning a bit. He glanced down.

"....Who locked you away?" Jack asked quietly.

"My father. God as I'm sure your human friends have told you. Only because I told the truth. See, he loved humans so much he couldn't see their flaws, and I told him about it. And he got mad. And he felt like I was personally dumping on his masterpeice so he kicked me out. So yes, I have done some bad things. But I had my reasons. But all I want now is the opportunity to get better. Doesn't everybody? don't you?" Lucifer asked.

Jack stared at him for a moment. He swallowed, looking down. Get better?

he scowled. “jack, don’t believe him.” he mumbled.

Jack frowned, staring at Lucifer. "Come on Jack, I know I'm not the best person. Hell, I know I'm nothing more then an ass hole. But I want to change for the better and raise you. You are my son, you're the best thing that's happened to me." Lucifer said, watching him. "We can both be good. We can show Dean that you won't turn out like your old man. Make you into someone Dean, Sam and Castiel could be proud of." Lucifer siad.

Jack glanced up at Lucifer. His eyes seemed to light up a bit. "...We can do that?" Jack asked. Lucifer nodded.

"Of course." Lucifer said, smiling.

he hissed. “jack, when has this man ever done anything good? he is literally satan.” he snapped. “he’s using you, and you know it.”

lucifer looked at Anubis. "I know he has every right to be wary of me. I understand that." Lucifer said. Jack frowned.

"...I can change him, Anubis. If he wants to change, I know I can help." Jack said.

[dannychan]

he shook his head. “oh please. god couldn’t even change him- and he’s literally god. what makes you think he’d actually listen to you? he will use you, and he will hit you. you know that.”

He frowned. "...People can change if they have the right motive." He said.

"Well well, Lucifer. Corrupting my only nephew huh?" A voice asked. Jack and Lucifer glanced over, seeing someone else had appeared.

"Ah. Jack, this is your uncle Gabriel. He's the class clown of the family." Lucifer said. Gabriel scoffed.

"Yeah. And you're the ass clown." Gabriel muttered. Lucifer suddenly chuckled, although it was pretty forced and fake. Lucifer watched him.

"I see your time with Asmodeus didn't do you any favors." Lucifer said.

"Yeah, well my time was worse with you. You recall-"

"Nothing. I recall nothing. Happy memories, happy endings." Lucifer said, cutting him off. Jack watched the two silently. Gabriel frowned.

"Lucifer, let me ask you something. Do you really see a version here where Jack sticks with you?" Gabriel asked. Lucifer watched Gabe. He then shrugged.

"He seems pretty blown away by his old man, so yeah. I do." Lucifer said.

"He's a kid." Gabriel said, watching him. "He likes shiny objects and magic tricks. But he's not like you. I can see it in his eyes. His mother's bloodline, the Winchester's influence." Gabe said.

"I could be an influence." Lucifer said.

"Ugh." Gabe groaned. "He's not gonna want that. He's gonna see who...What you are." Gabe muttered.

he scowled, dragging jack towards the house slowly.

Gabriel sighed, looking over at Jack and Anubis. "You be wary of him. I have known this guy since the stars were made. He can't change." Gabriel said. Lucifer watched Gabriel before looking at Jack. Jack frowned, staring at Lucifer for a moment before looking down and following beside Anubis.

Gabriel watched them leave before looking at Lucifer. "If you really love your son, leave him be. Let him become the man he wants to be without your influence. All you'll do is harm him, Lucifer." He muttered.

anubis put an arm around jack and scowled.
