he nodded and hummed. “should i call the school and explain that we’ve got gaurfianship..? i completely forgot to get a doctors note, too..”

She blinked. “...I’m sure they won’t mind. They...They knew my parents weren’t the best.” She whispered

he nodded and blinked. “well, what school do you go to so i can give them a quick call?”

Sombra was silent for a moment before telling him the name of the school.

he nodded and smiled softly. “you keep eating, honey, and i’ll go call them.” he said and moved into another room.

She watched him leave before looking down. After a while, she finished up and cleaned her plate before heading upstairs to her room
