He waited for Jericho to finish cleaning up before walking alongside him. After a moment, a woman let out a slight scoff. Ryuji glanced over, spotting a girl leaning against the doorframe.
“You’re the new transfer student right?†She asked. “Well, I didn’t hear anything good about you so far. But a word to the wise. Stop hanging out with Ryuji here. He doesn’t have friends. He’ll always put his own needs before anyone else and won’t be there to back you up. So, new kid, if you want reliable friends, you can choose better then him.†She muttered.
Ryuji stared at her before looking away. “Good afternoon to you too Naomi.†He whispered. He then moved off again, his hand clenched into a fist.
