Deadlock had been wandering the territory, trying to get his bearings. He had halted however when he heard talking a ways away. His ears perked up. Deadlock angled his ears towards the voices, following in the direction they were coming from.
The shepherd stopped when he spotted the group. He looked around before spotting a smaller kitten. Deadlock seemed to smile. He then lowered himself down onto the ground, laying on his stomach. His gaze landed on the kitten.
â€ÂHey there little guy.†Deadlock greeted. He then lowered his head so he was at eye level with Charlie.
