Cool beans!! Also, I'm surprised you like him already even though I've only said he's a psuedo-angel, afhafd
His name is Antony Charles Cobalt. His middle name means "free man", which is incredibly ironic because he is - in no way - a free man. To summarize his backstory as short as I possibly can (which, albeit is not very short and I am sorry), he grew up shortly before the time of the Salem witch trials and became the pastor of his small town. I don't have a location for it down pat yet, but it was in America and was way out of the way of any nearby civilization. This town was practically bathing in sin but Antony was still trying his best to bring people to God. He ended up meeting a man by the name of John, who he fell in love with. The relationship was all good and well until John wanted a son of his own blood. Of course, that would be impossible as they were both men - unless they resorted to dealings with demons or witchcraft. While John was all for it, Antony wanted nothing to do with either of those things. Their relationship nearly fell apart until John managed to convince Antony to go through with it. They performed a ritual in the basement of Antony's parsonage, made a dealing with a demon, and cut off their left ring fingers to offer their own blood and flesh to the child. The child was born a porcelain-skinned demon named Victor. Antony immediately regretted his actions and kept the child hidden in the basement as it grew. Everything was all good and well for a while, even as John began sneaking the child out. However, upon John trying to set Victor free, it was discovered by the town's people and was promptly dragged into the church where Antony was preaching. The townspeople begged Antony to banish it and Antony seized the opportunity. However, the ritual to banish Victor went awry as Victor spoke of Antony's deals with demons and involvement in a gay relationship. Antony and John were tied to a stake and set ablaze by the townspeople. Through the agony, Antony could only watch as Victor emerged from the church and slaughtered everyone in the town. Upon Antony's death, Victor stole the silver cross from around his neck and disappeared. Suddenly, Antony found himself alive again, the sight of what seemed to be a holy patron filling his vision. Overwhelmed by her presence, he could only accept her offer to bring him back to life as long as he "made up for the sins he had committed." His vision temporarily faded and he suddenly found himself lying face down in the dirt. His death had been reversed and his wounds had vanished. He was left with only scars and a strange marking on his forehead. Over time, he'd turn into a "pseudo-angle" and discover the "holy patron's" true intentions. Until then, he'd be given contracts by the holy patron. Such contracts would have him seek out and kill people, blindly believing that he was doing nothing but good.
Again, I apologize about the length of it. I tried to summarize as much as I could of it (the original length of it was like three pages). If you still want to do a plot with him that'd be awesome! If not, that's completely fine with me.
