— freddie had no idea why he signed himself up for this. he grimaced as he looked at his dampened gloves, snow caked in the most annoying places. decorating wasn’t particularly his forte - and usually he only did these things if he had someone to win over - which he couldn’t say there was anyone around these parts that didn’t like him (i mean, how could they not?). still, he found himself standing in front of a half-finished snowman, observing as harrison lifted the last snowball to the top.
this was just one of the many snowmen they’d gone about making around the village, harrison probably having too much fun making and decorating them. fred stared for a moment longer before looking around passively.
“i don’t mean to be an asshole here, harrison.” the other men sent a pointed look freddie’s way. knowing. fred squinted at him, trying not to smirk a bit. ”but what’s the point in this if there aren’t any kids here?”
harrison huffed a short breath before turning his gaze down the street, at the other snowmen they made. “christmas isn’t just for kids, you know.” freddie tried not to roll his eyes. yeah, yeah. hands across his chest, he gestured with his head towards the end of the street.
“lets go put some in front of the bar.” harrison grinned so knowingly that fred scoffed, turning to head towards the bar. what a shit.
but, hey, maybe fred was enjoying this more than he was willing to admit.
