It was the next morning. Sherlock hadn’t really slept. He soon moved out of his room. He hadn’t expected the first thing he would see is John crying. Sherlock froze a bit. “...John?” Sherlock asked, slwoly moving over to him. John jumped a bit. “John? What’s wrong?” He askes. When John didn’t respond, Sherlock had noticed the newspaper on the table in front of him. He picked it up and read it over.

Mary had been murdered last night. Sherlcok hesitated and set the newspaper down before looking at John. He could feel his heart break at the sight of his friend. He slowly pulled the other into a hug. It might havefelt awkward since he’d never reached out before to cornet someone but he was trying. John leaned into Sherlock and hugged him back. Sherlock rested his chin on the top of John’s head.

“...I will find out who did this, John. I promise.” He whispered. John’s sniffed.

“I-I know.” John murmured shakily.

of course, seb felt i guilt and had covered all of his tracks. he was currently in bed, having a bit of a lazy day.

Around an hour later, Sherlock had gone to Seb’s house. He knocked on the door, frowning a bit

after a moment he moved to the door, opening it. he blinked. "sherlock! something wrong?"

Sherlock looked him over. “Yeah, Mary was murdered last night. You know anything about that?” He asked

he blinked and shook his head. "no, i don't. i was here all night." he said and blinked. lil have proof if you don't believe me." he pointed to the camera pointed at his door. "they're all through my house."

He blinked, looking up at the camera. "...To me it just seems coincidental. I tell you about how I don't like Mary, and the same night she gets murdered. Not to be rude, but you don't strike me as a normal human being either. So forgive me if I'm a bit skeptical about it." He said.

he hummed and let him inside. "then i'll get the tapes." he said and moved off.
