I guess I was wondering what’s allowed in the world? Like there’s no electricity and cars from my understanding so is the world full of scavengers and stuff? Then there are small communities just trying to live? If this a blackout world how long ago was the black out?

yep, your understanding is correct! there are some ways of getting small amounts of power still (like solar panels) but they're only for rlly small things and are v rare/require staff approval
it's hard to give a full list of what is still allowed, so if there's anything specific you're wondering about..? The world started blacking out 20 years ago (November of 2017, it's now July of 2038), but it's been fully dark for 5 years, since it took a while for it to spread to the entire world this is a good guide to read, it p much covers the basics of everything! again tho, I'm happy to answer any questions [align=center]
