It was a few weeks later. Natsu and Gray has been assigned together for a mission. They had been assigned for an attack. Of course, Natsu didn’t think anything of it. It was t the first time he had been out fighting. He knew everyone would be alright since they were all skilled at combat.

However, while oit fighting, some things got a bit messy. Natsu and Gray had gotten seperated from the others and were currently fighting together. Natsu frownwd, has bing at Gray halfway through it. “How you holding up?” He askes, a bit breathlessly.

gray looked at natsu and nodded. "i'm fine. worry about yourself, flame eater!" he said before doing his two handed thing and aiming to the enemy. "ice make: geyser!" he commanded, sending a massive flow of ice under the enemy- but not before they used shadow magic to send a spike right through grays stomach. gray gasped and hunched over, frowning.
