activity level 8/10. I can be active pretty much all the time but I am in the process of moving to a new house which may take a few weeks depending on when we can get the Wi-Fi set up. I can however find a workaround to this. I'm also going to take online college classes but I still have to put the pieces together for that.
experience? Online, I was a Global Mod on CritterCosmos for a while (twice) and a Chat Mod before that as well as a beta tester. I am also an Administrator, Bureaucrat and (technical) founder of the Odd Squad Wiki, and I usually step in for our only mod in a Discord chat I'm in. I also applied for staff on FeralFront, and have played numerous high positions there. I run a Tumblr news blog and a small online production company of sorts that's slowly getting off the ground. I also am an Administrator of a Wattpad news story (blog thing?) and have run many many Facebook RP groups. IRL, I'm a leader to my group of disabled friends who have BHPs (Behavioral Health Professionals), and they often come to me to remind them not to do certain things, like invade someone's personal space.
time spent on rp sites I was on FF for six years, I've been on Bearbones for...maybe a month? And I've been part of a site called Warrior Cats Online for a few months now.
why do you think you'd be a good fit? Hoo boy, mkay. My primary goal is to help others out, in any way I can. I got my start by being a Newbie Helper on FF, and I thought I could get higher up the ladder by being staff. Unfortunately apps closed and I never got accepted, but I was always around in the Help Den helping in any way I can. The Tumblr drama is a bit of a setback, I will admit that--what I did was very wrong. But I have moved on from that. I want to start fresh and new. I want to be my fun helpful weirdo autistic self and make new friends. I don't want any drama anymore. I just want to help. I am a believer in equality, that people are people. Newbies or oldies, I'd be happy to help them. And as for the site? Well, this site gave me a second chance. Unlike another site I will not name I was PMed by staff and given another chance. They were just so friendly and helpful and that's one of the main reasons why I stayed here. They gave me a chance. And I used it to my advantage. Regardless of whether I get the position or not I'd like to make Bearbones a better place in any way I can. This site can flourish if we all work as a team, and I want to help with that!

experience? I have never been a part of the official staff on any site, but I am an incredibly fast learner. I tend to take my jobs seriously, so if something needs to get done, you can absolutely rely on me to get it done. EDIT:: I was a mod on the Warriors official wiki for a time. time spent on rp sites I first started online RP waaaaay back in 2012, when it was called wcrpg!
why do you think you'd be a good fit? I am a very social person, I love to help out and any job given to me will be handled with the utmost importance. I think it will be good for me because it will give me more of a push to go and actually become well acquainted with our growing member base. I also tend to have really good ideas and I'm excited to share them with you as a staff member ❤️

activity level 8/10  // I typically wake up early, and spend a good chunk of my day on the internet. Most of the time I don't have much to do, so it's an endless cycle of refreshing and finding things. It would be good to be able to channel my hours into work for the site! I'm graduated from school, but do have a job. There's plenty of breaks and time for me to check social media, however.

experience? I haven't ever applied for a staff position, actually! Never saw the need to, as with sites like feralfront and xanje they had plenty or they were picky. But I've hosted and run several group role plays for years at a time, leading them.

time spent on rp sites I first joined wcrpg back in 2009, and remained there until 2013, when I switched to xanje. Around 2015 I started using both sites, and I was active basically all day every day. It was in 2016 when I left both because of all the new updates and main games, but I was invited here by a friend and I'm excited to see where this site will go!

why do you think you'd be a good fit? Team player and generally looking out for the best of the site! I'm active and willing to do a lot for the site already, as I'm nostalgic for the old wcrpg days. I've never had anything to do with drama, and stay away from that in general. Extremely open minded and level headed, which keeps me from winding up in arguments or fights. I'm also dying to help the site, and ready to give it my all! I'm always looking out for others and considering their feelings first, it's important to me that I don't get on anyones bad side and that I keep my relationship with everyone healthy. I also believe the site would benefit from having a member base that's close to it's staffers, and would love to help build that!

other I'm also an artist, and could help raise funds for the site by taking onsite commissions. All of the earnings would go to the site! I hope that because my account is new it does not ruin any chance for me to prove myself!

activity level 8/10. I'm a college student currently on summer break, and while I'll be picking up a part time job sometime soon, this is where I go to relax and spent pretty much all of my free time, so I'll certainly be here a lot. Likely during the night, CST.
experience? I was a mod on a very small, close to dead site a long time ago, but it wasn't what I was looking for. Otherwise I have a lot of experience on roleplay sites, and I used to run or help run a few boards back on FF. I take a lot of opportunities to help, though I've never really thought about being official staff before. I'm not quite interested with working with a large site right off the bat, I want to help it grow. But that's beside the point lmao.
time spent on rp sites Oh jeez. I've been fluttering around sites since, maybe 2010 or so, but the first site that I actually stayed on, and grew and developed on, was FF. I joined January 2011, and I was there consistently until about two weeks ago, with... All of that. And I've been on BB since the start.
why do you think you'd be a good fit? I'm not someone who enjoys talking about myself, but I'll do my best to make sense. Personality-wise, I'm calm and relaxed in public for as long as I can be, which only fails once other people are being hurt. I enjoy taking on large projects and I'm a team player that is also capable of working independently within boundaries. I've been involved in BB for a long time, and needless to say, I'm more than a little invested in seeing where it goes. I want this site good for everyone.

activity level 8-9/10. this'll probably go down once i start school in august, but i'll have a lot of free time this summer. i do have some volunteering and schoolwork, but not so much as to really interfere with anything.
experience? i was staff on ff for a few months, and i've helped run a few clans. and this doesn't have much to do with roleplaying, but i've been accepted into a leadership club at my school.

why do you think you'd be a good fit? I feel that a big part of being staff is being a leader.  I feel that my strongest trait as a leader is my ability to be tactful. Though I usually end up having a lot of criticism to give, I try to come across in the nicest way possible. I pose errors as suggestions rather than criticisms. My aim is to encourage, not discourage. I am also careful while making decisions and evaluate all of the potential possibilities/consequences before acting. In addition, I don’t tend to decide on things very quickly, and I may use outside opinions and help to solve a problem. Overall, I am very determined and always intend to perform well in any situation. I’m somewhat of a perfectionist, and I don’t settle for something unless it’s the best I can make it. If I try, I can be very competitive -- the fact that I’m a sore loser motivates me to do even better and make sure that everything I do is up to (and above) par.
I can also acknowledge my weaknesses.  I admit that I’m not too experienced in being a leader and that it’s definitely hard for me to take up the role of one. I’m not too good with being assertive and getting people back on track without feeling that I’m being mean. I tend to be somewhat lenient while giving out instructions and establishing rules. If someone goofs off or doesn’t do what they’re told, I may end up bending rules so that they won’t feel as bad about it. I also don’t take risks too often, which, in some instances, may be problematic. If I feel safe in a situation, that’s usually where I’ll stay -- I won’t try to make any changes. This is what I intend to alter. Though I’m good at being tactful, I should be careful not to be too nice. I need to make sure that people are having fun and focused at the same time: if I think I’m intimidating or bothering them, I’m probably not. Being a little stern is an essential trait of a leader. I also need to realize that it’s necessary to take some risks. Otherwise, things may never go forward.

activity level 7/10. I'm currently busy with moving until near the end of the month, and depending on whatever house we get, i might be a bit inactive into july because of fixing up the new house. Otherwise, next week i finish the school year, and i'll be much more active! The only things i can think of during the summer would be the fact that i have weekly improv lessons, and a few cons, but i won't be busy for more than 2 days at a time
experience? i haven't really ever helped with anything on a site! Buuut i do have a bunch of leadership positions for school: sophomore ambassadors, i'm on the drama club council, and i've pretty much led my group for a STEM-Based competition (destination imagination)! Last summer, i was one of the mods for a website my friends and i tried to make but it was quickly forgott

why do you think you'd be a good fit? OH GOSH okay!! As i've earned multiple leadership positions in school, plus parts in both of my school plays this year (one onstage, one offstage), i would say I'm considered reliable! Not only that, but my friends always say that i'm super sweet and kind to everyone, and that i'm just overall really comfortable to be around. I try to get rid of all of my bias during situations that involve conflict between my friends, and i always attempt to find a compromise. In a situation like that, i always will get both POV's from it and go from there. Not only that, but i love group projects and i feel like i do well in a teamwork-oriented environments! I would promise to pull my weight! Also, i do make sure to let people know if i'm going to be gone, i'm really big on keeping communication open between people!

activity level 8–9/10 I'm a night time college student and I'm on a lot during the day since I have nothing else to do. Unfortunately, I have a week of summer break and have already decided to spend that time with family because that single week is the only time I'll be able to visit them in who knows how long.
experience? i was formerly an admin of a creepypasta group on deviantart when i was young. though, it's died out since then, and i have thoughts of starting it up again, but i'd need some help to keep it running. this may not be of any importance here, but i've played a few leaders on feralfront. the reason why i'm adding this in is because i've observed the behavior of people when it comes to higher ups. if they're more interactive and inclusive the more members will be happy. this includes listening to constructive criticism, suggestions, and what we can do to help the place going. it's opposite from not listening to them and not interacting with the members. things fall apart because people need someone be in charge and make things function.
time spent on rp sites about 8 years on feralfront since i joined when is was 11 at the time. i haven't been here ling, but at least a few weeks.
why do you think you'd be a good fit? i'm, what friends say, the "parent" among people since i'll give you advice and i just worry about everyone's health [a lot]. if someone needs help i try my best to share anything i've experienced, or point them in the right direction to get said help. i'm always open to people ranting because it's good to get stuff of your chest instead of bottling it up. calm and patience is what i am a majority of the time and i do like to play around with those that i know. i don't know my friends thoughts on me, but i feel like i'm a chill person to hang around and just talk to whenever.
now, i have a strong belief in "the people rule." i think that's what feralfront has forgotten because without members why run a site if nobody's there? members shouldn't be scared to state their opinion and fear of getting banned because they don't like something. everyone has the freedom to speech and should be heard at the least. i tend to think over problems before acting on them for all possible solutions. when it comes to arguments both sides should be heard then go on to fix the problem. not everyone will get what they want, but if it's possible to get to a middle ground then i'll do whatever it takes to get there.
bearbones has such a lovely community and i want to preserve it. people feel safe here and that's what a website like this should feel. i can't wait to see it grow and the wonderful things in store this place.
other i'm sure in my up coming classes i'll have a web design class because i'm aiming for a degree in software development. i remember bits from when i was in high school, but i always ask questions if needed. also, this was longer than i expected, sorry!
