Jack frowned, watching him. "...Jesse is a good kid. He's just...Too forgiving and naive for his own good." Jack said.

Jesse froze, glancing them over. "Oh come on. Don't tell me you've come to care for the kid." Doomfist said. Sombra narrowed her eyes.

"The moment we were fired, you kicked me out of the group. So I don't have to hep you do anything. Sombra said. Widowmaker narrowed her eyes.

"Sorry Sombra. We tried to do this the easy way." She said. She then raised her gun, aiming it at Sombra. Jesse suddenly grabbed Sombra's gun, aiming it at Doomfist and Widow before firing at them. He managed to hit the a few times. Sombra froze. She grabbed her gun from Jesse before turning and running.

"Come on kid." She called out. Jesse's eyes widened, but he turned, sprinting next to Sombra. She frowned, looking around. "You take after Gabe too much. You're too damn stubborn." She hissed. After a while, they stopped when they reached the base. Sombra looked over her shoulder. It didn't look like they were followed. Sombra frowned. "Go inside." She said.

"but...Sombra they'll be hunting you now." Jesse said.

"Just...Go." She whispered, taking a step back. "You're safe here. Don't worry about me." She said.

gabe shook his head. "shut up, jack." he muttered and slowly lay back down, rolling on his stomach and putting his pillow over his head.

Jack sighed, watching him. He then rested a hand on his back.

Jesse hesitated. “Just take care of yourself.” He whispered. Sombra smiled.

“I’ve been doing that my whole life.” She said. Sombra was about to move off, but swayed a bit. Jesse froze.

“Sombra?” He asked. Sombra fell to her knees, resting a hand on her side. She was bleeding.

“Shit....Widowmaker must have shot at me when we were running.” She whisoered.
Jesse froze.

“Sombra, come inside. Mercy can help you.” He said. She shook her head.

“No. Not after what I did to you and the others.” She whispered. Jesse blinked.

“You’re going to bleed to death if you leave this.” Jesse said, his eyes wide.

Gabe sighed and tried to fall back to sleep.

Jesse frowned. "...Fine. Then I'll handle it." He said. He then moved off, heaidng into the base. He then moved off to the small medical room they had. He then grabbed a few medical supplies, heading back outside.

Jack sighed, watching Gabe. He rubbed his back slowly.

he sighed and shook his head.

It was the next morning. Jack was up and wandering the building. He soon moved off, knocking on Jesse's door before slowly entering the room to check on him.  He froze when he spotted Jesse sleeping on the floor and Sombra sleeping on the bed. They both looked exhausted.

Gabe was still mostly asleep, beginning to wake up at that point and making a soft noise.

Jack watched them before turning and leaving the room. He soon moved back to the bedroom, looking at Gabe. He walked over to him when Gabe started to move about. He gently brushed his hair back, kissing his forehead. "Morning Gabe." He murmured

he simply lifted his hand and flipped him off, rolling back into his stomach.
