Jesse looked around for a bit. Genji galnced Jesse over. “...Where did you move from?” Genji asked.

“We lived down south a ways before coming up here.” He said.

“Oh. So, did you have any friends down there?” Genji asked. Jesse blinked, stopping for a moment. He then continued on.

“I did...But he’s a friend I’ll never be able to see again.” Jesse said.

hanzo frowned and didn't ask, watching him silently. "were from japan." he said causally.

"...Why did you guys move from Japan, if you don't mind me asking?" Jesse asked, glancing over at them.

he blinked. "our dad is a crime lord and we were running from the cops." he stated. it's what happened but no one ever believed him.

"Oh....I see." Jesse murmured. He glanced ahead. "Well uh...I'm sorry to hear that." Jesse said.

he blinked and looked at him. "i'm joking." no he wasn't. "my dad was military and he was shipped out here. he was discharged."

He blinked. "Hey, truth or not, I'm sorry that you had to leave." He said, shrugging. "Crime lords...I'm used to those types. Living out on the streets in a gang, you meet all sorts of crime lords out there. And a lot of drug lords as well. Nothing pretty. But it's nothing new in my life." He said. Genji blinked, looking away.

he blinked. "oh." he said and set a hand on his shoulder. "well, you don't have to see that ever again."

Jesse blinked, looking over at his hand. "...Yeah, I know." He said. He then glanced at Hanzo. "And hopefully you don't either." He said.
