After Gabe touched a certain spot, Jesse sucked in a sharp breath, wincing a bit. Jack frowned. "Sorry kid." He whispered. Jack looked him over.

"Not your fault." Jesse whispered through gritted teeth.

he set the ice pack over that spot and frowned, looking at the kid and putting a smaller pack over his black eye. "now, why don't you tell us why you were getting roughed by gang members?"
