after a bit, sheldon walked in, holding some papers in his hand. “leonard? these papers were racked into the door.” he said, handing him the papers. they were basically advertising a carnival.

Leonard nodded and said, smiling softly, "Yeah. I'm sure, I promise."

[dannychan]

sheldon hesitated. “alright. i.. i don’t know how to respond..” he said and looked down.

[peridot.]

Leonard said, shrugging a bit, "You don't have to respond right now, Sheldon. I just... Wanted to tell you."

[dannychan]

he blinked and hesitated. “i.. like you too, leonard.”

He blinked and said, seeming genuinely surprised, "I... You do? You really do?"

he nodded and hesitated. “yes.”

He glanced down for a moment and gently bit at his fingernails for a moment before saying softly, "I, uh, well... That's great! I mean... I didn't really plan this far ahead, you know."

he blinked and thought a moment. he then looked back at the tv. “uh.. i.. i don’t either..”

Rolling his eyes a bit, he smiled and moved to sit down and watch, his leg bouncing a bit as he tried to stay calm.
