ok so
im not going to go into details but i wanted to bring this up bc im very proud of how far ive come
its been almost three years since the last time i saw a specific girl who was abusive to me
and like! three years! she had me convinced that i was nothing without her and look at me, doing just fine with her off in boarding school or whatever
i'm so much happier without her
is my mental health perfect? no of course not. but i'm almost recovered from her and her bullshit. i can talk about this now. i am my own person separate from her entirely and im proud of that.
