he sighed softly. "all of my morals say no, but then again, it's the apocalypse so.. i dare ya to chug it." he said, sliding the martini over with a smirk. he glanced around for a moment and blocked. "oh, awesome.." he said, taking a gun from under the counter. "so, this place wasn't raided."

emerson smiled, happy to get his way. he sent a mocking laugh in jack's direction before taking a tiny sip. turns out, it was really fucking good. he did literally chug it, and placed the empty glass next to him. he flopped backwards, grinning. "dude, that was really fucking good. i've been missing out." when jack had spoken again,
emerson sat up to see just what was so awesome. his eyes widened when he saw the gun. "hoo boy jackie jack, that's awesome indeed."

he handed it to him, holding it by the barrel. "here." he said and hummed. "but i'm not making you another martini now that i know how old you are. until you turn 20, at least." he would then grab a bottle of jack daniels and severial other whiskiies and put it in his big.

the tiny boy pouted at jack's words- the martini had been really good. "my birthday is in january- im a capricorn." he, silly grin returning. he hesitated before firmly grasping the gun. he'd never shot one, and didn't plan to. "um, why are you giving it to me? im, uh, not a good shot. i can barely hold the fucker." it was true, it was pretty heavy for his tiny arms to hold.

he blinked. "that knife can only do so much. i'd rather a kid protect themselves then for me to be selfish and protect myself." he would explain, rummaging around before finding a clip of bullets. he hummed, handing it to him. "you'll get used to it.. oh, and.. i'm a saggitarus." he would wink and grab his bacg, raising it to a shoulder.

"i aint no kid, old man." emerson said, faking a strong southern accent. when jack winked, emerson's face blushed lightly against his will. he looked away, rubbing his nose, before hopping off the bar to follow. he stood next to jack and looked up at his face with a wide grin and wide eyes. "where to now?"

emerson paused before shouting out "the pharmacy!" honestly, a military base sounded a bit too spooky for him, and he'd rather see if the pharmacy had any knick knacks and shit laying around.

he nodded, leading along. "so, what did you do before this?" he asked, seeming curious about the other males previous life. jack hadn't had a very interesting life. he had been quiet and antisocial with a shitty apartment and a shitty job.
