Noctis watched him. He blinked, propping the pole against a nearby tree. He then setahand on Prompto’s shoukder. “Prompto? What’s wrong buddy?” He asked softly.

Gladio frowned, moving after him wuickly

he glared at the ground. "i.." he sighed and ran a hand through his hair, shaking his head. "nothing. it's nothing. don't worry about it."

He frowned, watching him. “Prompto-“ he trailed off when he spotted the imperial ship drawing closer. He frowned, gently grabbed Prompto’s wrist. He led him to a few large bushes, crouching down a bit with him to hide them from view

he squeaked and his eyes widened.

Noct kept a gentle hold on Prompto’s wrist. He frowned when he spotted the ship loweringand then a few magiteck troopers hop out. Noctis cursed under his breath. He didn’t want to fight but he didn’t see a way to leave now without drawing their attention. He glanced at Prompto. “Stay here.” He whisoered.

he grabbed his wrist and held up a finger. he made sure they weren't looking before rushing to another bush and moving so they wouldn't draw attention to noct. he then stood, taking his gun and shooting at the sky. "hey!" he yelled.

Noctis frowned. “Prompto!” He hissed. He glanced over spotting the magiteck troopers aiming at Prompto. Noctis frowned, spawning his sword and then warped to one of the troopers, attacking it. Some of the other troopers started to fire at Noctis as well

he started shooting the troops, scowling. "come on! we were having a nice little fishing trip! now your scaring all the fish away!" he yelled at the men.

Noctis frowned, picking up five of them. He hissed in pain when he felt a bullet graze his side. He glanced around, attacking the other one. After a moemmt, Noct got pinned to the ground by two troopers. He struggled to get away. His eyes widened when he saw the gun point at him.

Gladio suddenly bashed himself into the two troopers, sending them flying off of Noct.

it wasn't long before a dagger was thrown at one of the men pinned under gladio, lodging into the troopers head. prompto rushed to help noct up.
