"And I'm never gonna be able to not feel terrible about letting anyone work as a nightguard.." He said, sighing and looking down at his lap as he felt the car moving, "And it's not like I can just quit."

he frowned. "you could."

[peridot.]

"No, I can't. I need the money from this job. Im trying to be a nurse, Mike. Medical school costs a shitload. I'm lucky my parents pay for most of it, but the rest of it I have to handle myself.." He said, frowning and sighing.

he frowned. "there are other jobs. i can black mail my buddy into giving you a job, even."

[peridot.]

"Yeah, but..." He sighed and said, resting his head against the door, "I've only ever had two jobs. I have no idea if I'll even be good at anything else. It feels like I'll be useless unless I'm finally a nurse."

he blinked. "my buddy manages a country club, muse. tips are pretty damn amazing."

He looked over at the other and said, shifting a little bit, "I'd feel bad making you get me a job, Mike.."

he frowned. "don't you start. trust me, once i'm done at freddie's, i'm never going back. it'd be nice to know you're safe and far far away from that hell hole."

"Yeah, b-but, Immy has already warned me about Freddy's over and over again before, about the stories she's heard and the kids and what happened with Foxy. This is just confirming everything and I'm freaking out." He said, burying his face in his hands.
