he smiled. "gladly." he said.

He led the other to the snack isle, and after grabbing some snacks that they liked and a couple for himself, he also led the other through checkout, humming happily. Once they were going to the car, he glanced down at his phone and frowned, saying softly, "Ah, I have to get ready for clean up work in a couple hours.."

he took his jeans and kissed his knuckles gently. "just use a few vacation days.. like until saturday." he said.

[peridot.]

He blushed as the other kissed his knuckles, and he then said, eyes narrowing up at the other, "Darling, that sounds a lot like you're just trying to keep me from going to work at all and basically the same thing as if I quit."

he chuckled. "whaaaat? noooo.."

[peridot.]

"You realize the reason I still want to go to work because I wanna make sure that you're okay, right?" He said, smiling a little bit and gently flicking the other's nose with the hand the other was holding, "You can't just make me stay home all day."

he smirked. "i could if i hold you hostage~"

[peridot.]

"No holding me hostage~!! Even if you live in a nice house and like me~" He said, giggling and shaking his head.

he giggled and stopped behind his car, leaning down to kiss him and slipping his arms around his waist. "i could tie you to the bed~ maybe gag you~" he teased.

He gently brought the other's arm around him, and said with a happy hum as he headed towards the snacks, "C'mon, I wanna get out of here sometime soon~"
