he blinked. "you could.. i wanna steal a bunch of books first, so~"

[peridot.]

"You can't just steal a bunch of books from here unless you intend to bring them back." Newt said with a little frown, tilting his head.

[dannychan]

he blinked. "newt.. do you not know the definition of steal?"

[peridot.]

"Newt do you... Yes I know the definition of steal!" He snapped, frowning sharply before mumbling, "I'm just.. this is a library! People who can't afford their own books come here to borrow them."

[dannychan]

he hummed. "fine, i'll bring them back when i'm done." he said and gently pulled him over to the fantasy section. he definitely didn't plan on returning them.

[peridot.]

Huffing a little bit, he followed after Daniel slowly, looking around and biting his lip. He was accutely aware that he was still holding the other's hand, and it'd actually be comforting if his kinda sorta maybe someday boyfriend wasn't stealing things.

[dannychan]

he looked at newt and moved to gently kiss his head. "you shouldn't be afraid to hold my hand, newt."

[peridot.]

Newt's eyes widened a little bit as the other kissed his head, and he squeaked softly, looking down, "But D-Damien is right there. I figured you wouldn't want him to see... Or anybody, really.."

[dannychan]

he tightened his grip so the males hand couldn't get away. damien blinked. "about damn time." he sighed and stood.

[peridot.]

As the other tightened his grip, Newt made a little squeaking noise and went over to the other's side, saying softly, "C'mon, I can't exactly make a portal in the middle of the library."
