after all of the adults started disappearing, drake decided now was the time to fucking lose it. yes, drake is clinically insane. he's murderous, and fucking horrifying when angry. he's he best friend to a guy named caine, and would do literally anything he asked.
has the odd ability to turn his right arm- only his right arm- into a tentacle. his teeth can also become pointy if he's super excited or extremely pissed.
before the nuclear apocalypse and all the adults disappearing, he was a bully at a private school, and had been to many different facilities.

Adam is a very caring and loving man. He always puts others before him. When the apocalypse started, he tended to stay alone. He misses others. But he knows most cant be trusted so he takes his chances with being alone. He hates harming others, but will do so for self defense.

then there was caine. the older male who he followed like a puppy did with its mother. caine was his only friend left, the only person who knew him..
but caine had disappeared that day to do some work because he was "bored".. so that left drake to do whatever the fuck he wanted.. which meant tormenting the little kids who sat around and played cards and such. he had been on his way to the town square when he saw people running past him and to a small crowd growing. drake scrunched his nose and shook his right arm, feeling the bones practically dissolve and for his arm to extend to a long, reddish tentacle. he whipped at people's backs, making his way through the crowd. "move!" he yelled, and finally got to the front.
in the middle of the crowd was someone he hadn't seen before and whispers of someone going through the barrier. he bared pointed teeth at the male, crossing and arm and tentacle. "who the fuck are you? and how the fuck did you get into Perdido?" he snarled.

Adam really had no idea where he was. Really, he was just traveling alone and ended up here. He was surprised when a group of people started surrounding him, if not a bit unsettled. He wasn't used to large groups anymore. He glanced over, spotting a male making his way to the front. He froze at the sight of his arm, but didnt mention anything. He glanced at him. "Adam, sir. As for how I got here, I'm not sure. I was just wandering and ended up in this place." He said.

"well isn't that just fucking-" he smile turned into an unamused scowl, lips parted slightly so hat pointy teeth showed. "peachy" he said in a deep and dark voice, before turning to everyone. "get back to work you shits!" he barked at them, and they all hesitated before his hand transformed right back to a tentacle and they turned and ran back to their stations. he then looked at adam and frowned. "well, you're stuck here now, just like everyone else. if you want a tour, don't ask me."

Adam flinched a bit, taking a step back. He eyed him silently. "...Who are you?" He asked.

"drake merwin." he had been on national news once for going on a joyride across country, and had gone to a boarding school after that. "resident guard and asshole."
