bilbo had no clue what had just happened. they were fighting some trolls when suddenly there was a blinding light, and suddenly he was laying in a field of flowers, staring up at a beautiful blue, cloud filled sky. for a moment, he thought he was back in the shire and had been dreaming of the entire journey- that was until he heard a huge, loud roar. he sat bolt up right and saw something odd. his feet looked.. normal. no hair covered the tops, and if it were not for the huge shadow that passed over him, he would have freaked out. bilbo looked up to see a massivenlack dragon over head, and he didn't think twice to start sprinting in the other way. he wasn't running long before he collided with something solid but still soft. fur. he had collided with fur. he slowly rose his gaze, glad to senit was just a very tall blond man in bear furs (ulfric). his eyes widened. "o-oh goodness! i'm sorry! i was just running from.. dragon. h-huge! a huge dragon!" he squeaked. it wasn't long before he was a flash, and he looked to the bushes and went for sting, drawing it out quickly. it was glowing exquisitely. after a moment, he heard heavy footsteps and a loud 'fuck, shit, oh fuck me!' (thorin running from frostbite spiders)

Ulfric has been out with ages of his men. They were heading for a camp nearby. They had indeed seen the dragon. Ulfric wasn’t going to after it. He couldn’t risk his men’s lives. Ulfric flinched when someone ran into him. He glanced over, spotting Bilbo. He frowned. He’d never seen him before.

“It’s alright.” Ulfric said. He frowned, spotting the sword. He then looked over when he spotted a man running from a group of frostbite spiders.

Thorin has appeared in a bad spot to say the least. It was right on top of a spider nest so he was being chased out of it. He couldn’t find his weapons so he was now sprinting to the closest group he found.

Ulfric frowned, taking out his sword. He quickly led the men over to the spiders, starting to attack them.

bilbo squawked when he saw thorin and quickly ran to help, he yelped when a spider spat at him but before he could help he spiders were dead. he turned to thorin, eyes wide. "thorin durin-lake shield! you absolute idiot!" he said, eyes wide. "where.. where are we? that dragon was not smaug!"

Thorin has managed to get to a safe area before looking at Bilbo. He frowned. “I don’t know.” He whisoersd.

Ulfric looked over his men before glancing at thetwo newcomers. “Smaug? Who is this dragon? And who are you two?” Ulfric asked. Thorin looked up at him.

“I am Thorin Oakensheild. This is Bilbo Baggins, a companion of mine.” He said

bilbo nodded nervously. "where are we..?"

Ulfric frowned. “Skyrim. Are you two travelers?” Ulfric asked, looking them over.

he blinked. "i don't think this is middle earth, thorin.." he mumbled.

Thorin cursed under his breath. “If this is Gandalf’s idea of a joke it’s not funny.” He said. He glanced at Ulfric. “Do you know of a place called Middle Earth?” He asked.

“No. Never heard of it.” Ulfric said.

bilbo hesitated. "alright well.. this is going to sound insane, but we definitely are not from your.. world. or plane of existence.."
