he smiled slightly and yawned slightly. "so.. how did you and mike get to be my body guards?"

He blinked, watching him. "Truthful, I'm not sure myself. We were both just randomly chosen to be your bodyguards based on the skills we had." He said.

he blinked and nodded. "oh." he said and hummed.

brain had to stay later, as he was researching some stuff for a case and the nzt was starting to wear off, and he was beginning to crash. he rubbed his eyes and he sat in the "headquarters!" (his office), head propped on his fist before his eyes slid closed and his head slowly slid to rest of his forearm. when he crashed, he crashed badly.

Knowing that Brian was staying later, Jason decided to stay as well. He was leaning against the wall, his eyes closed. He was breathing slowly, waiting for Brian to finish his research. He opened his eyes though when he heard a soft thud. He glanced over, seeing that Brian had passed out on the desk. he moved over, looking him over. He frowned, setting a hand on his back. this really wasn't a great place to fall asleep at. He had no idea how he was getting Brian home though. He didnt exactly have a car.

brain instantly woke up, looking around groggily. "huh? what's happening?" he mumbled, rubbing his eyes.

He frowned. "You passed out for a minute." he said, watching him. "You okay Brian?" he asked

he blinked and nodded. "yeah.. NZT wore off.. i always pass out.." he mumbled tiredly. "they're neuroemhancers, what do you expect? i'm exhausted.."

He watched him. "Yeah, I know just..." He trailed off. "Think you can walk? I can help you home." He said.
