, Dean didn’t know what else to do to bring Jack’s fever down. So he did what he had done for Sam when he had a really high fever. He now had Jack in a bathtub filled with ice. He had a hand on Jack’s chest, holding him down in the tub so the ice could cool off his body

jack, once his body got cold enough, went into overdrive. his eyes flashed open, and he grabbed deans arm, pulling him right into the backs and flipped him so he was on top of dean, eyes wide and body completely numb from the cold.
