He sighed, watching him. “...Lance, how long do you think you’re supposed to stay in here?” He asked

he looked away. "you guys have too many paladins.. i think im going to.. hang up my helmet, you know?" his voice cracked slightly. that was his way of saying he wouldn't be leaving for a while.

He blinked, watching him. He glanced down. So...Lance was leaving then. He sighed, glancing down. “...Yeah, I know.” Keith said. He met Lance’s gaze. Lance would heal in time. He couldn’t help but feel a slight pain in his chest when he realized Lance probabky wasn’t coming back. Maybe this was for the best. At least here Keith knew that Lance would be safe. He blinked, setting a hand on his arm.
