Noctis blinked. “Ignis...No. leave him. He’s not worth your time.” Noctis said.

he scowled. "don't care. he hurt my kid!"

Noctis watched him. He glanced down. “Ignis, please don’t...I wasn’t supposed to tell anyone this. If he knows that you’re aware of what’s going on, I...” Noctis trailed off, tensing up a bit. He trailed off. Noctis looked honestly horrified.

Ignis moved over. "i won't let anything happen to you, ok?" he said softly, kissing his head. "just stay inside."

Noctis kept his gaze down. “Ignis, please.” He whispered, practically pleading at this point. He looked really close to having a panic attack. Gladio frowned, watching Noctis. He moved to approach Noctis, but stopped when he saw Noctis tense up even more when Gladio moved closer.

he held noct, frowning. "hey, listen to me. nothing is going to happen, ok?" he whispered. "you'll be ok, i promise. i won't let snyone hurt you, sweetie.."

Noctis leaned into Ignis. His eyes closed as he pressed his face into Ignis’s shoulder. He raised a hand, gently gripping Ignis’s shirt. He attempted to take deep breaths to calm himself down.

Ignis pressed his lips to noct's hair, and started to mumble a little song to him quietly.

Noctis stayed as silent as he could to listen to Ignis. After a while, Noctis had calmed down. Honestly, it couldn’t be helped. Ignis just had a soothing voice in general. But when he sang it was even better.

he frowned. "no, go lay down, ok?" he said softly. "gladio and prompto will stay with you, ok?"
