"Well, besides my Father's horror stories about the rebellion, I don't know much about your parents, so I wouldn't know either." He joked softly, gently tracing patterns on the other's knuckles.

he looks down. "i don't really get to see them much.. sure, my mom took care of me but shipped me off as soon as they found out i had the force.."

"I've heard. Snoke told me about your family when he first announced you were coming to the Finalizer. No concrete details, but he did say you'd been 'underappreciated'." He said, gently skimming his fingers over the other's knuckles and humming.

he nodded and sighed. "that's an understatement. they didn't even want me."

"Well... you're wanted here. You know that, right?" He said, tilting his head and looking the other over.

he frowned. "i.. i don't feel like it.."

[peridot.]

He said quietly, sighing and looking back down at the other's hands, "Well you are. You're a vital part to the order, and... and I need you too."

he blinked. "i've never kissed someone before."

He said quietly, shrugging a bit, "Neither have I, really. Never even got kisses on the head or cheeks from my parents, so.."
